As developers we frequently have to access the Control Panels window. You
can save yourself time by adding the control panels applications to the start menu item.
Right click on the start button and select open.
Right click in the window that just opened and create a new folder.
Name the folder Control Panel.{21ec2020-3aea-1069-a2dd-08002b30309d}
